First of all you have to  create an account on our conference management system

Registration

The conference fee includes registration from 13^th -15^th October 2010, Core Managers Workshop and an opening reception on the first evening which will open the industry exhibition. Scientific sessions will begin on Wednesday 13^th at 12:30, therefore you should plan to arrive in the morning. The conference will finish on Friday evening.

The most important social program is the famous Banquet. Admission is included in your admission fee to the conference or may be bought separately for accompanying persons. Meet the experts at the dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. (Registration is requested.)

You will receive a message confirming that the form has been submitted headed “DGfZ 2010: User registration successful”. You will also receive an e-mail from the organisers headed “Registration Confirmation for “DGfZ 2010″ which will give you the payment details. In case you have submitted an abstract for oral or poster presentation you will get the information: “DGfZ 2010: New Submission Received. Contribution ID: xxx” . All abstracts will be reviewed by the Organising Committee of the Conference.

Registration charges will be:

100 EUR for members until July 31^st 2010

120 EUR for non members until July 31^st 2010

40 EUR per student until July 31^st 2010

Late registration:

120 EUR for members after July 2010

150 EUR for non members after July 2010

80 EUR per student after July 2010

Early registration deadline for the Annual DGfZ Conference is: July 31^st 2010.

Abstract Submission

The deadline for abstract submission is July 31^st 2010 for being considered for oral and/or poster presentation and for being presented within the Abstract Book.

IMPORTANT:
Only abstracts with full registration until the given deadline will be considered for oral and/or poster presentations.

When completing the form stick strictly to the examples at each field.

Accompanying persons program

Accompanying persons shall register if they want to attend the conference (prices see above) or the Banquet on October 14^th (30 € per person).
Sightseeing tour (not only) for accompanying persons can be organised. (Registration is mandatory, costs are not included in the registration fee and will be about € 20,-).
